Llady Llama is now offering limited Dyer-Woven items like this beautiful superwash Merino/bamboo/nylon and BFL wool/nylon scarf. What does it mean to be Dyer-Woven? To us, it means that from dyepot to loom to wet finishing, Kelli (Llady Llama owner and dyer) personally handcrafted this special scarf in the hopes that it will bring warmth and joy to someone's life.

This scarf was handwoven in plain weave on a rigid heddle loom using one set of our gradient speckle dyed Llark Shorty Sock Twins in the colorway "Evil Stepmother" for the warp yarn and a 2-ply handspun yarn made from our Lleaf combed top in the the colorway "Princess of Punk Rock" for the weft.

This scarf is perfect for the unpredictable transitional weather between seasons. It is lightweight and drapey while still providing warmth. Measuring at approximately 61 1/2" long including the twisted fringe and 8 1/4" wide it is smaller than our more stole-sized scarves while still being substantial.

Great for the upcoming gift-giving season! This item is wrapped in natural colored tissue paper and sealed with a Llady Llama sticker prior to shipping. No additional gift-wrapping is necessary! Care instructions:
We recommend gentle hand washing separately in cold water with your favorite wool wash or other pH neutral detergent and hanging or laying flat to dry out of direct sunlight in order to maximize the life of your hand dyed and handwoven item. Gently steam on a low temperature to remove wrinkles if necessary.

This product comes from a cat-friendly, smoke-free household. This item is wet finished in water containing a pH neutral textile detergent with a touch of lavender oil.
